Preparation with plant milk

Are you more of the milk substitute type and prefer plant milk? Then you've come to the right place, because many of these types of milk have a protein and fat content similar to that of cow's milk. They are therefore just as suitable as a basis for your DEZ diet shakes.

Regardless of whether you prefer to drink soy milk, grain milk, almond milk, rice milk or oat milk, the vegan sisters of cow's milk are a great alternative, because you will experience the unique taste of our diet shakes with your favorite plant milk. In addition, your body benefits from the partially cholesterol-lowering properties of many plant-based dairy products as well as their high proportion of healthy ingredients, such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

It is important that you stick to the dosage and use 300 ml of vegetable milk or milk alternative as well as two slightly heaped measuring spoons (approx. 17g) of your favorite powder per serving. A little tip: take a little more than too little of the powder. 

According to the EU regulation, only coconut milk can officially be called milk. All other plant-based varieties are more likely to be found in your supermarket with the addition of 'drink' or 'drink'.
